1. Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hyporix website and any products, samples, documentation or services supplied by Hyporix ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

2. Supply of Products

Hyporix manufactures stabilised hypochlorous acid (HOCl) concentrate at up to 32,000 ppm free available chlorine, supplied for professional and industrial use only.

  • All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation of price, volume and lead time.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Product is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each batch.
  • Title and risk in the goods pass on delivery in accordance with the agreed incoterms.

Samples

Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and must be handled in accordance with the accompanying SDS. Samples are not for resale.

3. Safe Use & Liability

It is the responsibility of the purchaser and end user to ensure the product is diluted, stored, handled and applied in accordance with our published dilution maps, the Safety Data Sheet, and all applicable local regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyporix shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse, incorrect dilution, improper storage, or use outside of the specifications and guidance we provide. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, specifications and process descriptions, is the property of Hyporix or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
